Question: A cyclist says he bikes from Aurora Avenue North and North 46th Street to Stone Way, but recent changes by the Seattle Transportation Department in the area have made his commute more difficult.

First, he says the sensor for the new traffic signal on North 38th Street at Fremont Way North doesn’t seem to be able to sense his bicycle to determine when to change, so he has to run the red.
