I just got an email from the NW Cycling group, and thought I’d share:

It is time to start thinking about the 2006 Emerald City Cyclocross series and how you can help make that continue to be a great success.

There a Cyclocross “get involved” meeting this week on Thursday evening the 9th of February between 7pm and 8:30pm at Cycle University which is at the Cascade Bicycle Club’s Magnusson Park offices.

There has been a lot of growth in our Cyclocross series and to deal with continued growth we need more help and ideas. The very tentative 2006 schedule is as follows:

Sep 24: ECC Series Steilacoom
Oct 1: ECC Series Donida Farms
Oct 15 ECC Series Kelly Creek
Oct 22 ECC Series Evergreen High
Oct 29 ECC Series Snohomish
NOV 5 States (not an ECC series race) Spokane
Nov 11 ECC Series Ft Flagler
Nov 12 ECC Series Ft Flagler
Nov 26: ECC Series South SeaTac
Dec 3: ECC Series Kelly Creek Final

Any changes will be announced at the races and at seattlecyclocross.com

9:30 CROSS C Masters Mstr Men C 35 , Mstr Men C 45
10:30 CROSS C Jr Men C, Wom C,
11:30 CROSS B Masters SSpd Mstr Men B 35 , Mstr Men B 45 , Single Speed
12:30 KIDS & Juniors 2-11 approx., JR D, C & B
1:30 – CROSS B, WOM A/B Men B, Wom A & B, Mstr Wom, JR A
2:30 - CROSS A & MSTR A Mstr Men A 35 , Elite Men A

Entry fee: $20, except - Kids $0, Women C and all Juniors $5
